It started with one voice… and it became a movement.
From Homeless to Hope
IMPACTtruth was born on the streets.
At 14, Roy Juarez, Jr. was forced to drop out of high school after fleeing domestic violence. He spent his youth navigating homelessness, caring for his nine year old sister and two year old brother carrying nothing but a duffel bag. Against the odds, Roy returned to school after a family took hime in, graduated, and earned a degree in Business Administration. But more than credentials, he found clarity: his purpose was to transform pain into purpose—not just for himself, but for others like him.
In 2010, that purpose became IMPACTtruth, Inc.
Roy inspired over 100,000 youth during his HomelessByChoice Tour— circling the country, living out of his car for two years, and courageously sharing his story of resilience. His journey became a beacon of hope for students who, like him, faced adversity. Along the way, IMPACTtruth began to take shape—a powerful platform built to inspire and empower young people, families, and institutions to heal from trauma, rewrite their stories, and chase their dreams through the power of education.
Today, IMPACTTtruth has reached millions of students, educators, and leaders across 49 U.S. states and 7 countries through speaking, educational & leadership programs. We represents 30 national speakers and have an archive of stories and empowerment in educational transformation, leadership development, and purpose-driven enterprise.
From mentoring students to consulting with executive teams, IMPACTtruth continues to lead where infrastructure meets inspiration. In order to fulfill is vision of creating a better environment in communities, homes, and the workforce across the nation. One presentation at a time!

Roy Juarez, Jr.
Founder & CEO
Roy Juarez Jr. is an award-winning activist, entrepreneur, author, and speaker, but you would never know it when you met him. He is very down-to-earth, funny, and has a thunderous laugh.
The one thing you will not miss when you meet Roy is his passion for humanity. He has dedicated his entire life to creating positive change in communities worldwide.
Since 2005 Roy has lectured to over one million nationally and internationally.
Tammy Juarez
Director of Operations
A part of IMPACTtruth since day one, Tammy Juarez is the steady force behind the organization’s day-to-day operations. As Director of Operations, she ensures that the systems, logistics, and details behind the mission run smoothly and effectively. Her dedication, consistency, and deep understanding of IMPACTtruth help keep the organization functional, focused, and prepared to serve communities with excellence.
Angel Flores
Director of Student Engagement
Angel Flores oversees IMPACTtruth’s student programs and the teams responsible for bringing them to life. As Director of Student Engagement, he ensures each program has the people, resources, materials, and support needed to operate smoothly and efficiently. From leading facilitators and engaging directly with students to connecting with clients and ensuring important documentation reaches the right hands, Angel helps bridge planning with execution. His hands-on leadership ensures every program is organized, supported, and positioned to create a meaningful experience for the students and communities we serve.
Matthew Kramer
Director of Relationship Development
With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, public relations, relationship building, and event production, Matthew Kramer brings a passion for connecting people with purpose. At IMPACTtruth, Matthew serves as a bridge between our organization and the communities, partners, and leaders we serve. Through meaningful relationships and strategic partnerships, he helps expand IMPACTtruth’s reach, strengthen our impact, and create opportunities to influence, empower, and inspire the people we serve.
Ray Reynosa

As Director of Special Projects, Ray Reynosa helps bring IMPACTtruth’s ideas, initiatives, and unique opportunities to life. Working across the organization, he plans, coordinates, and executes projects that require additional support, collaboration, or focused leadership. Whether partnering with operations, student engagement, partnerships, or leading a project entirely its own, Ray steps in where needed to help move ideas from concept to completion. His role provides IMPACTtruth with the flexibility and added capacity to take on new opportunities while keeping the mission moving forward.
