7 Days of Kindness
At IMPACTtruth, we believe that one small act of kindness can start a ripple effect that transforms lives. That’s why we’re inviting YOU—students, educators, parents, community leaders—to take part in our 7 Days of Kindness Challenge.
For one week, join us in spreading light, love, and hope. Each day includes a simple yet powerful action that can inspire connection, healing, and positive change in your community.
Challenge: Compliment someone genuinely.
Words are powerful. Today, use yours to build someone up. Whether it’s a friend, a teacher, or even a stranger—let them know they’re seen, valued, and appreciated.
Challenge: Help someone without being asked.
It could be carrying someone’s books, holding the door, or offering help with homework. Small gestures often make the biggest difference.
Challenge: Leave a kind note for someone to find.
Write something encouraging and leave it in a library book, on a classmate’s desk, or taped to a mirror. Let kindness show up unexpectedly.
Challenge: Post or share something uplifting.
Use your social media to spread positivity today. Share a quote, a story, or tag someone who inspires you with a message of appreciation.
Challenge: Be present for someone who needs to talk.
Kindness isn’t always about doing—it’s also about listening. Be a safe space today. Ask how someone’s doing and really listen to their answer.
Challenge: Donate a personal item or lunch to someone in need.
Got an extra snack, school supply, or hoodie you don’t wear? Today’s the day to give it to someone who could use it.
Challenge: Reflect on your week of kindness and share what you learned.
How did it feel to put kindness into action? Journal your experience or talk about it with a friend. If it moved you—do it again next week.
Tag us on social media using #IMPACTtruthChallenge and inspire others to join in. One act of kindness may not change the whole world, but it can change someone’s world.
Are you in?
Let’s start a kindness movement—one day at a time.
