IMPACT Youth Leadership Program
IMPACT Youth Leadership Program is a 12-module leadership development program designed to create a team of young leaders in service learning while bridging the gap between all learners, regardless of race, socioeconomic status, gender, creed, etc. The program introduces each participant to relevant social issues that affect them locally, nationally, and globally. Through leadership development workshops, students will be empowered to live and share the knowledge and skills required to make healthy lifestyle choices. Students will be challenged to exercise their new leadership skills and knowledge within their homes and community.
Parenting Together: A Collective Journey
Parenting Together: A Collective Journey is a two-phase program guiding parents through self-discovery and skill development, tailored to meet the unique needs of each community. It addresses modern parenting challenges at local and global levels, equipping parents with practical strategies to strengthen their families.
Through interactive workshops, participants will gain the knowledge and tools necessary to make informed parenting choices. Parents are encouraged to apply their new skills within their homes and communities, fostering stronger connections and creating a supportive environment for growth.
Literature to Life
Literature to Life is a transformative initiative designed to empower young students through leadership development and creative writing. This program bridges the gap between diverse voices in children’s literature, ensuring that every child’s story is heard and valued, regardless of their background. Participants engage in a collaborative writing process, exploring relevant themes that reflect their unique experiences.
Through a series of creative workshops, students will be inspired to develop their storytelling skills while cultivating essential leadership qualities. They will learn to express their ideas confidently and work together as co-authors to produce a published book.
IMPACT Next Level
IMPACT Next Level is a transformative virtual leadership initiative designed to empower students through global engagement and meaningful connection. This program expands students’ perspectives by introducing them to diverse voices and experiences from around the world, helping them understand leadership beyond their immediate environment.
Through a series of interactive sessions, students will engage with international leaders, participate in guided conversations, and explore global cultures and challenges. They will develop critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills while gaining the confidence to see themselves as changemakers in their own communities and beyond.

A five-day summer experience that equips students with real-life skills, resilience, and leadership development.
