Who are you?
My name is Randall Araujo. My husband and I pastor a church in Los Angeles called The Heart LA Church. We have three beautiful kiddos, all in elementary school.
What is your favorite part about leading in the Impact Youth Programs?
I love serving the students in our Youth Program. One of my favorite moments is seeing how we make a tangible difference in their lives. Recently, a young woman shared that she was having a really hard day, but when the Impact Team came, it brightened her mood. She even opened up about the hardships she was facing. Knowing we could be there for her in that moment makes it all worth it.
What is your favorite module?
I really enjoyed the module about core values. It’s a crucial lesson for students, teaching them to say yes to what truly matters and no to distractions. When students grasp this, it brings them a sense of freedom and joy, setting them on a path to success.
